Overall office take-up levels across the city have remained on an upward trend with lettings in the city centre hitting more than 170,000 sq ft, an increase of 13 per cent against 2015. Whilst the average size of letting has nearly doubled from 1,450 sq ft in the first half of 2015 to 2,600 sq ft during the same time in 2016 - a 79 per cent increase. Keppie Massie hires new head of commercial agency

Tim Garnett has joined the commercial agency department of Keppie Massie in Liverpool after three years at Venmores. Garnett has 14 years’ experience in the Merseyside and North West commercial occupier markets. Before joining Venmores he spent five years at CBRE and, before that, four years at Matthews & Goodman.

At Keppie Massie, Garnett will focus on the disposal and acquisition of all aspects of commercial property to include office, industrial, retail, development and investment.

He said: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining Keppie Massie, a renowned source of expert advice within the North West and further afield. I’m looking forward to embracing the ethos of the business as we broaden the already excellent instruction base.”

Keppie Massie has 30 members of staff. Garnett replaces Tony Reed who joined Bruntwood as head of sales this month.

The Howard Kendall Award at "The Dixies"

Keppie Massie Residential were proud to sponsor The Howard Kendall Award at "The Dixies" Everton Football Clubs end of season awards ceremony.

This prestigious occasion was held on Tuesday 9th May at The Philharmonic Hall and was attended by KMR's Director Stuart Keppie and Marketing Manager Gary Seed where Stuart presented the prize to the Under 23s team in recognition of their achievement as champions of Premier League 2.

For the first time this fabulous event was open to fans and those lucky enough to secure a ticket thoroughly enjoyed a true sporting celebration.
