Three new tenants have recently been welcomed at Rumford Court in Liverpool underlying the strong appeal of this unique period setting in the city centre.

Barre Balance, Liverpool’s first dedicated Barre studio, run by Natalie Butler, has now opened in Bulloch House. The  sessions are innovatively designed to help strengthen both body and mind and has proved popular with the business community. Information can be found at

Kalo, a design agency, have recently taken the top floor of Enrica House (850 sq.ft). Kalo are creative digital and graphic branding designers servicing a wide cross section of public & private sector clients such as Mowgli, NHS South Maudsley, Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, Human Recognition Systems and the Liverpool BID Company.

We have also welcomed our first tenant of the new decade, Holistic Realignment, to the ground floor of Enrica House. Holistic Realignment, led by Marcus Croman, is a sports therapy practice giving alternative specialist treatment clinics and training . Marcus’s unique ‘holistic’ approach  has attracted referrals from the medical profession and training in conjunction with universities along with an expanding private clientele
