The Keppie Massie valuation department undertakes valuations in relation to all manner of property transactions, to include investment, owner occupation, development and secured lending purposes. We currently hold panel appointments for the majority of High Street Banks, as well as other financial and lending institutions.

Our valuations cover the traditional elements within the commercial sector to include retail, office, industrial and development properties; as well as residential investment and development sites.

The philosophy within the department is to provide an efficient service to our Clients, particularly in relation to secured lending valuations. It is our intention to deliver a swift and accurate response, whilst maintaining the highest standard of integrity and professionalism. We believe that our active involvement in the market place allows us to provide consistently independent and accurate advice.
