Lettings SupervisorWith over 15 years’ experience Mary is perfectly placed to advise on all aspects of letting your property from initial market appraisal to full management. Her wealth of experience spans both larger portfolios and working one-to-one with individual landlords.
Paula Digney
Lettings co-ordinatorPaula has been with us for 5 years, initially as our viewer (her on the ground knowledge of the rental stock is invaluable) and more recently as full time tenancy co-ordinator in branch. From initial application, through to check in and on to tenancy management, Paula is on hand to offer advice and co-ordinate between landlord and tenant to ensure the best possible experience for both parties.
Kay Wignall
Lettings co-ordinatorKay has 3 years’ experience in tenancy management and is able to assist and advise at point of application and throughout your tenancy. She co-ordinates maintenance and repairs, expertly liaising between landlord, tenant and contractor to achieve best possible outcome.

AccountsOne of our longest serving members of staff, Kirsty has been with our accounts team for 11 years. She processes rent payments, registers tenant’s deposits and co-ordinates rental/maintenance expenditure for landlords. Her efficiency and knowledge consistently prove invaluable for landlords and tenants alike.
