Chartered Surveyor

Role Description

We are looking for a chartered surveyor to expand our General Practice Department specialising in Valuation in our Liverpool office.  Applicants will need to be a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer of a minimum of three years’ experience with a proven track record in undertaking loan security valuations and developing client relationships.

Clients principally include Banks & Lending Institutions with retained panel instructions to the majority of lenders together with Private Property Companies, High Net Worth Individuals and Public Sector bodies.

The role will cover the Liverpool, Manchester and wider North West region covering all property sectors and valuation types.

Remuneration

A competitive salary depending upon experience is available together with car allowance and other benefits.
