Keppie Massie has been appointed as marketing agent on a new rental development in the historic heart of Liverpool.

Castle Hey has been converted to offer 33 one-bedroom apartments and studios arranged over six floors, with balconies available on the upper levels and a dedicated building manager.

It also boasts contemporary kitchens, stylish bathrooms, sound proofing technology, electric heating and double glazing throughout.

The building is located on Harrington Street, adjacent to Castle Street, which has developed a bustling restaurant scene in recent years and is a short walk away from the Liverpool One shopping area and the city’s iconic waterfront.

The Harrington Street area of the city boasts a rich heritage. Once known as Castle Hey, the site of an historic church, the area was a hub for local traders and the urban workforce.

Debra Beach, head of estate agency at Keppie Massie, said:

“Castle Hey has been creatively converted to a very high standard in a very desirable part of the city centre. Given the area’s rich commercial heritage, it is fitting that this new modern development has been created with the city’s working population very much in mind.”
